The strong are those blessed with the ability to survive frustrations and defeats. Success does not belong to the weak because they are not endowed with this ability. The world changes so fast that no one is able to fully anticipate what is going to happen next. But the ability to cope with an adverse situation that may arise will put one on the winning side.

Those who achieve success in their careers are often referred to as strong individuals. As strong people, they do not compromise in the face of adversity; instead, they bravely confront challenges, striving to overcome difficulties in order to reach their goals. If someone lacks this quality and does not act accordingly in practice, they can be considered weak and not worthy of being called strong. Weakness in any form prevents individuals from enjoying the fruits of success, as everything in the world is impermanent and constantly changing. The concept of impermanence means that nothing remains fixed or unchanged; everything is in a state of flux, making it impossible for any one person to grasp it effortlessly. Moreover, there is a myriad of competition, so no one can take success for granted. Therefore, if we want to achieve something in our careers, we must first embrace the spirit of overcoming various challenges without compromise. With this determination, we can naturally become strong in our endeavors.
