The Sublime Dharma and Miraculous Phenomena

The authentic Dharma is extremely rare and difficult to encounter across countless eons. Devout Buddhists reverently listen to the teachings of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, and with sincere respect towards the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, they practice diligently. This devotion brings immense blessings. Listening to the Dharma daily helps resolve doubts and confusion, and the teachings of the Buddha are sufficient for our achievements and liberation in this life. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III teaches us that the best blessing is to follow the Buddha's teachings and practice accordingly.

World Buddhism Association Headquarters

H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III annual Buddha birthday Ceremony, hosted by the World Buddhism Association Headquarters in the United States, is always exceptional. On June 12, 2022, the second day of the birthday ceremony, during an offering by 108 Buddhist disciples, the lights suddenly went out for several seconds, plunging the venue into darkness without anyone touching the power source. One practitioner suggested that the flickering lights could be a sign of the Buddhas’ or Bodhisattvas’ presence. According to a practitioner, when the curtain was lifted to reveal the collected scriptures of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in 2023, golden light suddenly radiated from the scriptures. Another practitioner mentioned that the entire venue was often surrounded by a divine white light. The disciples chanted the name of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in unison, and the scene was deeply touching, with some people moved to tears and overwhelmed by endless longing.

The most rare and precious event was the holy site ceremony in February 2023. Just after the completion of its construction on a Sunday, the trees by the stairs released the nectar of the rain flower tree. Each year, before and after Buddha’s birthday, several trees outside the H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Cultural and Art Museum in Los Angeles shed nectar from the rain flower tree, astonishing even first-time visitors. During Buddha’s Birthday, devotees are blessed to hear exceptional Dharma teachings that are not publicly disclosed. A devotee who listened to these teachings experienced profound spiritual awakening, with blessings as powerful as lightning. Regardless of the hardship, everyone travels from far and wide for this rare Dharma.

In the Los Angeles Holy Miracles Temple, lighting lamps and offering prayers is one of the most auspicious and blessed events worldwide. The temple features rotating services by revered masters, and a highly esteemed master performs prayers and rituals for those lighting lamps, adding to the merit each day. The lamp registration forms and merit donation receipts are verified and presented to the esteemed master for additional blessings. The significant difference in the sizes of the images of the sea deity has also left behind the "transformation relics of divine images," adding to the temple's sacredness.

HuaZang Temple

According to a monk, starting in June 2024, the true relics of Shakyamuni Buddha at Huazang Temple in San Francisco began emitting light. At night, the relic stupa shone brightly with colorful beams, a sight truly breathtaking. Many devotees traveled long distances to witness this rare sacred occurrence. On December 26, 2024, Huazang Temple will celebrate its 20th anniversary. It is the only temple in the U.S. with confirmed holy relics, including multiple precious ones. Devotees come to venerate and offer respect at the temple - including the Dharma Protecting Deity Guan Yu - seeking blessings. With sincere worship of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, one can achieve great merit and propitious fortune.

A practitioner mentioned that since H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III birthday ceremony, the relics of Shakyamuni Buddha have been emitting a subtle light, which became increasingly bright by the end of June, attracting many devotees. Various miraculous phenomena have been observed daily. After taking refuge with H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, light also appeared behind the image of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, as well as on the statues of Namo Guan Yin Bodhisattva and Skanda Bodhisattva. On July 24, Namo Guan Yin Bodhisattva Enlightenment Day, a practitioner was formally ordained, and the day was filled with sacred energy. The backyard saw nectar rain from the rain flower tree, and the relics emitted a bowl-sized light, with golden relics unfolding saffron during the day, astonishing all. A devotee from Canada who could not see the light during the day witnessed the sacred glow at night, resembling a small light bulb shining continuously. Some saw flashes resembling Dharma nectar, with various colors including blue, gold, white, and multicolored beams. These flashes appeared at different locations, such as the relic stupa, the Shakyamuni Buddha statue, and the orchid pots, varying daily. On the evening of July 29, at around 10 PM, the Buddha relics suddenly emitted dazzling light, continuously flashing, creating an awe-inspiring and exceptionally sacred sight.

Benevolence Temple

In early 2021, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III visited almost every corner of Benevolence Temple in Las Vegas, blessing it to become a base for spreading the true Dharma in Las Vegas. On the morning of January 18, 2024, Benevolence Temple held a grand consecration ceremony, presided over by the Vice Chairman of World Buddhism Association Headquarters. The event was attended by many guests, including prominent figures from around the world.

On January 18, 2024, Benevolence Temple’s main hall was completed, and a consecration ceremony was held for the Buddha statues, followed by a month-long recitation of the Diamond Sutra to show respect and gratitude towards Shakyamuni Buddha.

On February 2, 2024, during the 16th day of the Diamond Sutra recitation, after the chanting ended, devotees saw a large flock of birds freely soaring above the temple, some resting on the temple’s palm trees and utility poles. Their loud, melodious calls were reminiscent of the chanting. By 12:20 PM, a spectacular scene unfolded above the temple, with the birds flying in coordinated formations, creating a grand and awe-inspiring display. They arranged themselves in various beautiful patterns, sometimes delicate like ribbons, sometimes broad like dragons, seemingly paying homage to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, offering a metaphorical kata. The birds divided into two groups, one elegantly perched on utility poles, and the other flying forward in an orderly fashion, merging to circle the entire temple. The flight patterns, whether moving forward or backward, appeared to be guided by an invisible force, orderly and synchronized.
