The Great Bodhisattva recognizes the Conclusion of the Conference

This time, the rare Buddhist conference held by the United International World Buddhist Headquarters in Taiwan has successfully concluded. The conference not only confirmed the authentic Dharma master in our world - Master Yi Yungao - but also revealed the evil cult.

This conclusion is of course 100% correct, because it is voted and recognized by four hundred and sixteen Buddhist institutions and large temples, including more than two thousand eminent monastics and people of great virtue from Mahayana, Theravada, and Vajrayāna of all the sects of the world’s Buddhism.

However, some cultists believe that this is not the conclusion of Buddhas, and only the conclusion of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is correct. Of course, the conclusion of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is not wrong, but this conference’s decision will never be wrong, because among the representatives who participated in the conference are the reincarnations of great Bodhisattvas and Arahants.

Moreover, if you want to ask Sakyamuni Buddha to come to a conclusion, Sakyamuni Buddha is no longer there. If you ask Guanyin Bodhisattva to come to a conclusion, Guanyin Bodhisattva will not announce it on the clouds in the air.

What is even more unexpected is that the greatest spiritual holy Mother of today, Amang NopuPamu, Vajravarahi, the living great Bodhisattva, the supreme spiritual leader of the sect of Dharma open schools and Vajrayana Buddhism, came forward to make a conclusion. This is unprecedented in history, and it should be said that there has never been such a great event.

In order to prove the correctness of this conference, Amang NopuPamu will give the conference a very precious gift. She will pray to Buddhas bestowing Nectar from the sky.

Master Fuzang Luobu said that I knew all the Buddhist laws in Tibet, but I am really ashamed. Before I left Tibet, when I was very young, I saw Master Pobangka praying to Buddhas bestowing Nectar from the sky, but I had no fortune to taste a bite.

This time Amang NopuPamu had ordered him to participate, and Master Fuzang Luobu was too happy to speak. He just nodded desperately and smiled all over his face.

Luosang Zhenzhu said that the purpose of his trip to Tibet was to pray for a nectar and get the true and great Tibetan dharma, but the result was disappointing. This time Amang NopuPamu also gave him an order to participate.

He said "Finally in my eighties, I can look forward to it with my dim, old, fortunate eyes, and finally usher in my fate. My wish to see Buddhas bestowing Nectar will be finally fulfilled. Unlimited thanks to our great holy Mother, Amang NopuPamu.

Of course, I even thank great Master Yungao. Without him, Pamu would not come out to testify. Master Yungao is the leader of the contemporary dharma realm. He is the true dharma king in our minds. It is for this reason that Pamu will manifest the Dharma by holding the holy cause dharma assembly.

After so many years, I can finally say this now: living beings have fortune because of Master Yungao. With our great Amang NopuPamu, we admire the existence of Dharma King Yangwo Yeshe Norbu. The auspicious moment of prosperity has come. Amitabha!"

The statement of Buddha's name "H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III"

On April 3, 2008, a solemn and dignified book-launching ceremony was held at the Library of Congress of the United States; on occasion of the first release of a fact-recording book entitled H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, jointly published by the World Buddhism Publishing LLC and the World Dharma Voice, Inc. At the same time, the book was formally accepted into the collection of the Library of Congress of the United States. From then on, people came to know that the widely respected Master Wan Ko Yee, the one who has been recognized and corroborated through official written documents issued by top leaders, regent dharma kings, and great rinpoches of major Buddhist sects throughout the world; actually, is the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, the primordial Buddha. Ever since, people address the Buddha by the name Dorje Chang Buddha III. This is similar to the precedent regarding the name of Sakyamuni Buddha—before Sakyamuni Buddha attained Buddhahood, His name was Prince Siddhartha Gotama. Once Prince Siddhartha Gotama attained Buddhahood, He was thereafter addressed as “Namo Sakyamuni Buddha.”

On December 12, 2012, in the Senate Resolution No. 614 of the United States Congress, the title “His Holiness” was officially used with the name Dorje Chang Buddha III; the Buddha was addressed as “H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.” Since then, the title H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was definitively affirmed.

“Dorje Chang Buddha III” is a statutory name; used in all official documents issued by the United States Government; such as passport, identity card, and social security documents. The previous name “Wan Ko Yee” is no longer valid, with no legal-binding effect, and no longer recognized by governments. “Dorje Chang Buddha III” is the only name in use.
