No casual initiations and transmission of dharma are allowed. It is a lie if it is done on the internet. I saw that the 14th Dalai Lama converted and empowered his disciples online. But performing internet initiations is a behavior which insults, despises, tramples on Buddhist Dharma. It is also an insult if someone converts and transmits dharma to men and women who are far away in the world and who lack prior knowledge on it.

The 14th Dalai Lama spread rumors: if you have Samaya, you can receive empowerment, he also spread rumors: when Shakyamuni Buddha was alive, he used messengers and oral messages for believers who were far away and could not come to receive the Vinaya. So, the 14th Dalai Lama said he could also empower online. This is completely untrue. Nonsense! You are just an ordinary person, so how can you be qualified to compare with Shakyamuni Buddha Tathagata? The Internet initiations and internet empowerments have lost their meaning. Inner-Tantric Initiations need to be reviewed by Dharma Protecting Deities, and only after passing it can you receive empowerment. Otherwise, the disciples do not have the conditioned arising, and the Buddha and Bodhisattva will not recognize them. Likewise, if a master does not have a ability to prove his power in front of his students, how can he ask Buddha and Bodhisattva to personally come to the mandala to perform your initiation? The act of receiving money in the name of internet initiation is greedy.

How valuable is Buddhism? The teaching from Shakyamuni Buddha is that Buddha saves those who have a karmic connection with the dharma. A Buddha does not save those who lack a karmic connection with the dharma. The teaching of the dharma depends on the cause and condition. Buddha dharma is valuable and precious, so you cannot treat it casually. A person of no morality will never get the empowerment and initiation of dharma. Therefore, only the behavior, speech and body cultivation practice part can be taught publicly on the Internet to benefit people. After practicing cultivation well, you will be transmitted dharma. Let me tell you some cases of eminent masters.

Why did Patriarch Milaräba need to suffer hardships, like to rebuild his master’s house again and again before he received dharma from Master Marpa? It is extremely difficult. Wasn’t Master Marpa compassionate? If Master Marpa was not merciful, why did Patriarch Milarapa eventually become a great achiever? It was also difficult for Master Xuyun to learn dharma; he worshipped Mount Wutai step by step, but drowned in the river, he died already. Luckily, he was rescued by a beggar. The beggar persuaded him not to worship again, but he was determined and did not change the original intention. It turns out that the beggar was Manjusri Bodhisattva, and Master Xuyun received a great dharma from Manjusri Bodhisattva.

So the 14th Dalai Lama, in order to receive benefits and money from people on the internet, published the Internet initiation on his website, which is such a joke and so greedy. The 14th Dalai Lama, if you want to perform initiation for someone, you need to be able to end the cycle of birth and death on your own. But you haven’t even achieved the power and holy states yet. So please find a true Buddha master- H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to learn from and stop being a liar. Time flies, and you are already 80 years old.
